Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Limit 99 and the process for renting advertising fields on the platform.

1. About Limit 99
Limit 99 is operated by Unitrg d.o.o., Donje Svetice 40, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (“Limit 99”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Fields and rental enquiries
The platform consists of numbered fields and subfields that may display tenant content or link to external websites. Availability shown on the website is for information only. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a field or create a rental agreement.
A rental begins only when Limit 99 and the customer confirm in writing the selected field, price, taxes, start and end dates, content requirements and any other applicable terms. The person submitting an enquiry confirms that the information is accurate and that they are authorised to act for the named organisation.
3. Prices, payment and rental period
Prices displayed on the website are indicative unless stated otherwise in a written offer. Applicable taxes may be added. Payment terms, the rental period, renewal and cancellation are defined in the accepted offer or separate agreement. A rental does not renew automatically unless this is expressly agreed in writing.
4. Customer content
The customer retains ownership of its content and grants Limit 99 a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the rented field during the agreed period.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that its text, images, trademarks, links and other materials are accurate, lawful and do not infringe the rights of others. The customer must keep linked destinations safe and relevant throughout the rental period.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Limit 99 for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, hateful, violent, harmful or infringing content; malware or security attacks; automated extraction that burdens the service; impersonation; or interference with other fields or users.
We may reject, suspend or remove content that breaches these Terms, an accepted offer, applicable law or the technical and reputational integrity of the platform. Where practical, we will contact the customer before taking action.
6. Availability and external links
We use reasonable care to keep the platform available and accurate, but maintenance, technical faults or events outside our control may cause interruptions. External websites are operated by third parties; Limit 99 does not control or endorse their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Intellectual property
The Limit 99 name, design, software and platform content owned by us are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for normal website use and rights expressly granted in a rental agreement, no right to copy, modify, distribute or exploit them is granted.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each customer is responsible for its content, claims arising from that content and its external links. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of third-party content or links. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy and cookies

10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms when the platform, our services or applicable rules change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date, without changing an already accepted rental agreement unless agreed or required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to limit@limit99.com.
